My Approach
I follow a person-centered and integrated therapeutic approach, emphasizing the importance of creating a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and valued. I integrate various therapeutic techniques tailored to each clients specific needs, promoting personal growth and self-discovery. By combining the principles of person-centered therapy with other evidence-based practices, it ensures a flexible and holistic treatment plan that addresses the unique challenges and strengths of each person. I also aim to foster a deeper understanding of self in each client, to facilitate meaningful change and whole-person wellness and growth.
"The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitudes of mind."
